I joined the Tusk team in the midst of the pandemic, when its Mediterranean-inspired dishes were being served in to-go containers and dine-in service was a distant memory. As its marketing manager, I helped the restaurant return to its glory days and invite the community back into its light-filled spaces for dinner and private events through email, digital and social media marketing. We closed out the year of what felt like never-ending pivots with a sold-out New Year’s Eve dinner celebration full of champagne toasts.
