Le Politique

A French brasserie in downtown Austin, Le Politique is a nod to the city’s roots as a capital city and an homage to Texas and French politicians, both past and present. As part of its opening team, I helped develop and execute a multi-channel marketing plan to get its name out there and bring guests inside. Not only did I get to execute my perfect Frenglish through its Instagram account, named by CultureMap as one of “8 inspirational Austin Instagram accounts to follow right now,” but I also helped integrate the restaurant in the downtown community by fostering business and hotel partnerships, hosting a Bastille Day party, and launching a boxed lunch program through its très jolie patisserie.
